Room was relatively clean and comfortable. There was lots of space to either side of the bed, but the foot of the bed was very near the cabinets. With limited mobility, I couldn't get the walker past the bed so I was forced to hop and/or crawl to the bathroom.

The staff here are wonderful—friendly and accommodating. The hotel is older but very clean, and for the price it offers good value. The location is excellent, especially if you’re heading to Angel of the Winds Arena, which is just a short walk away. You’ll also find plenty of amenities nearby, like QFC, McDonald’s, coffee shops, and local restaurants. The only downside is the noise, as the hotel sits on a busy intersection. If you don’t mind that, it’s a great place to stay.

I can hear for Geek Fest happening at the Arena! It was convenient as it was right by the Arena (like a 4 minute walk). The staff let me check in even though our room wasn’t ready yet, so we were speedy move in process when we were done with the festivities for the day. Staff is nice and efficient at their job!

This motel is amazing! My family and I stay here often and have never had any problems. The staff is incredibly friendly and even gave my son an upgraded room for his birthday. I will not stay anywhere else in Everett.

Very good value for your money.

Amazing for the price. Building is old but the rooms are updated. It only has a standing shower. Management was really accommodating as I booked through a 3rd party and there were issues with my reservation. Management worked with tge 3rd party and got me my rooms. I only stayed one night, but I did notice that there are plenty of restaurants walking distant from the hotel. The parking lot is small, but easy access from the main road and well lit. Most room overlooks the parking lot so you can easily see your car from your room. Rooms are spacious. Beds are memory foam (at least our room was).

Good value for money, right by the arena. Great for a quick overnght trip. It was clean and had the basic comfort, just that the room had a strong smell of possibly cigarette smoke from previous stays. It wasn't well ventilated so it was hard to eliminate.
