"The Gainsbourgh: a hotel in the best location in Bath, inside a gorgeous building reberbished with refine taste and the plus of a hot spring pool in the spa area. Unfortunatelly with no "soul" at all, hard to believe in a city like Bath that is so distictive. We spend there 4 or 5 days last year ..."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, and things were pretty clean. The only reason I'm not rating it a full 10/10 is that there was a persistent musty odor in our room throughout the whole stay. Don't know what caused it. Everything else was good though, and our stay was reasonably priced."

"The property was in excellent condition and very clean - as if it was brand new for us. There is no housekeeping (extra fee) but will empty the garbage, so be aware of towel use. Very close to restaurants, grocery and main attractions. The beds are comfy; the sofabed not so much as to be expected. ..."

"Excellent accommodation, great central location and super friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again but would definitely need to bring ear plugs as the noise from outside the building due to people/rubbish collectors/seagulls etc did not stop all night!"
