We were there for 3 nights. After the first night we were away during the day, when we returned the used towels had been removed from our bathroom but nothing else was done. We had to call down for fresh towels when we asked staff if it was necessary to request cleaning service they seemed unsure. The following day, we returned to the room late afternoon and nothing had been cleaned, we asked them to at least make up the bed, which they did (they also replaced the towels). Additionally, the floors throughout the hotel needed mopped and vacuumed badly. If they kept the hotel cleaner it would make a huge difference as this is probably the nicest property in Evansville. Granted, we were there during a busy weekend but they need to step it up in the cleaning department if they want guests to return.
