Check in went fine, bed was comfortable, breakfast was well stocked. What was below average was condition of the room: smelled like dirty socks, some wall outlets were loose, tv didn’t get local channels. Expected more for $140 for one night.

Parking is ridiculous if your handicapped I had an elderly wheelchair bound mother and I have a heart condition and other health issues myself I had to park the other side of the hotel at the very bottom of a parking lot and walk up a medium grade past approximately 25 cars then a road then a set of approximately 15 stairs to get into the back of the building before I could walk to an elevator to get to the floor my room was on 2 nights out of the 3 I stayed I do not recommend any handicap person staying here

just an average hotel, nothing exceptional, with good location for what we needed. Room is advertised as handicap acessable but, would not be able to get a wheelchair in near the desk or beds, bath tub shower not walk in, toilet so low it seems you are sitting on the floor. Room was clean and servˆce was good.

Tired old hotel in need of updating
Pros: 1) the front desk staff were nice 2) it was not the worst hotel we have stayed in Cons: major road noise, room was musty, electric outlets did not work properly (causing a challenge for my husband to use his CPAP machine), no USB outlets, well worn mattress, poor breakfast. Nearly all breakfast items were wrapped in plastic and full of sugar. OJ tasted off, maybe spoiled. The "fresh" stuff did not look appetizing (greasy meat and potatoes, possibly powdered eggs). I was hoping for a couple hard boiled eggs or cooked oatmeal, nope. I ate an apple. For $111 we were hoping for a comfy, clean night of sleep and basic breakfast. This was not it.

Expedia said checkin time was 2 pm when we got here the front desk said it was 3. Why wouldn’t builders when building next to an interstate not put sound barriers up so you don’t hear every vehicle that drives by? The pillows on the beds were child size, half the normal size of a standard pillow. The rooms were a nice size.

The property itself was great. Good Location, Very Clean and comfortable rooms and beds. The only thing preventing 5 stars was the staff. Upon arriving the guy at the front desk barely said a word because he was too busy eating his fruit loops and acted as if I was bothering him. Literally asked me my last name and that was it. The lady running and maintaining the breakfast area was the same way. The area was very well taken care of but two mornings in a row I said 'Good Morning' and all I got was a dirty look. She never said a word. Get a staff with some personality and you'll have alot more business because the place itself is great

Check in guy was nice. Lampshade in room had giant holes in it, shower was ehh. The cleaning lady closed the breakfast an hour early on Sunday so she could clean, then argued with me about what time it closed when there is a sign posted at the entrance…

We were greeted by a staff member and check in when mommy got to our room. The heating system was off completely so the room was at most 50°. Additionally, there were no extra blankets. The water was HOT which was nice but be careful if traveling with children so they don’t get scalded.
