Embassy Suites by Hilton Loveland Conference Center

Embassy Suites by Hilton Loveland Conference Center

8/10 Good
"The property and amenities were excellent. My only, but not insignificant complaint, is being charged for parking which the clerk completely misrepresented. I was told to register my vehicle on-line (which I did) or else I be charged a fee. Turns out I was charged that fee anyway. Please do a better job of training your employees to avoid being misled by hidden fees."

"We've stayed at this location several times in the past. The staff is great, they placed us next to an exit since we had a dog. That location was really helpful. They replaced towels on second day. The staff goes out of their way to make sure your needs are met. Thank you!"
