"Hotel comodo y bien ubicado cuando tienes carro , buen desayuno, limpio, tienes la opcion de cenar ahi, excelente comida y tragos . Podria decir que no tienen un buen servicio para acomodar la gente por orden de llegada a la hora que tienen las habitaciones disponibles , el dia que llegue fue un caos de gente esperando por habitaciones y fue muy desorganizado ."

"Within walking distance (8 min.) of the Milano Centrale train station. It was easy to navigate to Hotel Berna with large suitcases. There was a small elevator at the property so walking upstairs isn’t necessary. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel room (double twins with pullout sofa bed) was clean and all beds were comfortable. Conveniently located next to many restaurants. We felt safe walking around the hotel and would definitely stay again."

"The room was prefect for 2 of us. We had limited hot water, but it didn’t greatly affect us. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had many selections. Close enough to train station that we could walk with luggage, but yet not too close to where we felt unsafe. It was a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum and Trevi fountain. Great location for us."
