"Inch worm invasion in hallways and our room. Staff vacuumed hallways, but management didn’t seem to see it as their responsibility to keep worms out of guests’ rooms.
Do they ever walk on worms in their bedrooms or wonder if worms are crawling by their toothbrushes???"

"We checked in around 5:45pm and the or I was was quick and smooth. Then we went back after watching the sunset, we had to wait 20 mins for the doorbell person to take care of luggage. Additionally at the front desk, they can’t charge cash - I was hoping to tip staff but could not. "

"The room was a good size. I appreciated that it had a small refrigerator and the freezer section was able to refreeze my ice packs. I didn't realize how the location would impact my visit to the park, since a lot of the biggest attractions are an hour drive away. This impacted my plans and I didn't get to see a sunrise at Zabriski point."
