If you can, stay somewhere else. Very sketchy. Room was filthy. All the security locks on the inside of the door had been ripped off the wall. Parking lot filled with excrement and debris.

After arriving we chose not to stay there. A U-Haul truck had run into the office overhang so I had to enter from the side hallway. Apparently there are people living in the rooms monthly… and the room was dirty

Racist employees and very dirty

A real terrible place. If you’re looking for illegal activity, drug use, dirty rooms that smell of death and racist employees this place is for you! I was called a beaner. I have included a picture of the manager who witnessed me being called several racist slurs and did nothing.

Filthy room, exposed wiring, garbage in the hall. Person in front of us at check in was reporting break in and theft, person behind us said someone else was sleeping in their room. Door next door appeared to have been kicked in. We couldn't stay after seeing room and condition of property.

Worst hotel ever!

Awful filthy run down property. Druggies congregated all over the property in the parking lot. Hotel was staffed by residents of the hotel who were just as bad as the rest of the people congregating. Room had stale mell to it and halls smelled of animal urine. If it wasn't such a hassle to check in and find another room for the night we would have right away. This was a last resort!

I don't expect much but this is the worst 2 star hotel I've ever stayed at. The room and hallway smells awful. Carpet was filthy. It was 97 degrees and they put us upstairs with no aircon, just hot air blowing from the fan. Property is on very busy intersection so it was noisy throughout the night. Avoid at all cost!

The property claimed to be smoke-free, however there were people sitting 10-15 feet from the entry doors, so of course the smoke just went straight into the hotel, and the whole hotel reeked of cigarettes. There were cops in the front and back of the hotel when we checked in, not a very safe environment when you have cops cruising the hotel looking for criminal activity? We had to go back to the front desk several times to get our room cards to work And the place was dirty, thete was a cigarette butt on the floor to our room door, for 3 days

When we arrived, we could not use lobby entrance because a uhaul had crashed into the overhead portico and yellow tape surrounded the front entrance. The inside and outside doors did not close properly. There were many transient individuals loitering everywhere. We were told by front desk that the property was being demolished in 3 months leading me to believe this property was likely a temporary homeless shelter. The description on Expedia website was nothing like what we expected or experienced. We have never felt so unsafe at a property booked through Expedia in all our lives.

front desk very friendly and helpful but property was getting ready to close and was in disrepair. Dirty, and appeared that it had some long-term renters. Also appeared homeless people were using the parking lot and stair wells. Shouldn't be on Expedia.

When we arrived at the property we considered it what you would call a bait and switch. What it looks like in the picture is not at all what it looks like when you arrive. The location is dirty and filled with people who are obviously living in the rooms rather than short term stay vacationers. There are broken down vehicles in the parking lot and garbage everywhere. The worst part is the U-Haul truck that is literally stuck in the front entrance because it hit one of the support beams for the lobby entrance cover and, from what the front desk told us, has been there for a month! We were not able to check in because we were a little early and lucky we were because we decided to look for another place to stay. We found a different hotel and decided it would be better to share a room than stay in separate rooms at this location.

Property looked like it was built in the '70's and hasn't been updated. Woke up to a homeless guy in the hallway right next to my room. Duck's home football game weekend so the rates were incredibly over-priced. I would drive to Portland before I would stay here again.

They need to close for remodeling already

We ended up requesting a refund. There was rat droppings in the bathroom and main room. Nope- not staying there. The women working are super nice and very apologetic. It isn’t their fault. Most of the rooms are occupied by long term tenants and the vibe of the hotel is a bit sketchy. The hotel is closing for remondeling in December so they’ve let the place go. They need to close already. Don’t stay there!!!

The facility was in exceptionally poor condition, our room assignment was smelly (Smoke) and the furnishings were dank and gross. It appeared that there was an on-going renovation but overall, the space was unacceptable. We only stayed one of our two scheduled nights.

This property is being demolished by the owner, and is in an advanced state of disrepair. We did not stay and the kind staff folks gave us a full refund. The large entrance awning is being held up by a uhaul truck because it has collapsed, and we were told by staff no maintenance is being done any longer. The owner is still listing this as it was when it was a well maintained facility, and it's a complete misrepresentation of the true nature of the property
