"Our host was not able to accommodate all of our small group, so my husband and I took their suggestion of ibis Styles downtown. It was a 7-minute walk from the hotel to our host's house. And convenient to the 'village' of shops near by.
The hotel was modest and clean, the room was efficiently laid out, the breakfast buffet had something for everyone.
I now know that ibis has locations in other parts of Germany and I would not hesitate to stay at an ibis hotel in the future."

"This is a great basic hotel that knows its customer and serves them well. Very, very comfortable with friendly staff it is ideal to use as a base to explore the area.
It is walkable to the station and an easy walk to the city centre although there are trams available nearby too.
We loved the honesty bar approach when reception was unstaffed and there are some great food options nearby. Sokrates around the corner is exceptional. "
