"We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and honestly much better than we expected for a 3-star hotel. The rooms and common areas were well maintained, and everything felt fresh and welcoming. The location is excellent and made it very easy for us to get around Toronto and visit different attractions. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay."

"AC is ok. Staff were not welcoming. Due to family funeral, needed to cancel a day or two of our stay. When asked for help, the front desk clerk was very rude stating the “ don’t asked me, you booked your trip with Expedia” you should call them to cancel, it’s not my business. Wow! When called Expedia, again the staff were not efficient and it took a long time to get it done . Finally it was done. The breakfast was also very poor! "
