"Cottage on an old farm, complete with large sitting room & kitchen. Needs work; run-down in some respects —e.g., no hot water in kitchen, front door doesn’t always lock & when it does can be hard to open. Clean, quiet, relaxing. A place to live for a bit, not to be catered to. No amenities—e.g. no phone, hair dryer, room service, maid service, etc. breakfast mostly pastries, packaged juices, nothing cooked (eggs, bacon, etc.).
