"The first night was terrible. They didn't have the portable air conditioner hooked up and so it was very hot. Finally I had to open a window which was also terrible. There's a 24-hour food kiosk across the street and bands of students were standing in front of it and yelling until 3:00 a.m. . The second night was not a weekend and they hooked up the air conditioner and it was fine. I gave a medium review because one night was terrible and one night was good."

"The staff is nice and helpful. Its location is alright and they have got a clean & cozy lounge where people can do their things. The bathrooms were in mantainance but the ones behind the kitchen were available. Kitchen facility and free breakfast were also ok. I stayed two nights in a female dorm, which shares the entrance with another dorm. It is kind of a weird half-open space, and somehow whoever goes in or out just bangs the door. "We loved our stay of 2 nights at Casa Morgado Esporão. Joni and Ana were helpful and very nice. Communication with them was easy. The property is beautifully renovated and features two interior courtyards. Apartment was modern, comfortable and very clean. We only wish we would have know that the 2nd floor, which felt more like a 4th floor, had so many challenging stairs. The location was perfect we walked everywhere and enjoyed this charming and safe little town."
