"Poor reception and racist treatment. Room housekeeping not done since morning when return to room at 3pm. Call reception , operator many times no answer. Decided to go downstairs to enquire there whilst was speaking to another staff another staff abruptly say housekeeping is still 6pm rudely. And after that she just turned and totally ignore any conversation. Totally rude and was all smile with another client totally ignoring. Overall service across been poor"

"Louis (concierge desk) is very attentive and helpful ...a very pleasant person... I wish all staff were like him.... Breakfast can definitely improve,never ready at 7:30 like advertised, and more courteous staff will be a nice touch.. I did notice a different treatment between English speakers and Spanish or Portuguese speakers...(Unfortunately) Air conditioning is almost inexistente at least in my room 403 The place need a urgent lifting, doors, Mattress,bathrooms, elevators.... I do understand...

"The staff Cornelia, Julia and Maria were all so amazing and helpful. The house is located in a quiet luxurious neighbourhood requiring a walk up a hill. The premises are very cozy and welcoming promoting relaxation with many lounge areas and a pool. The included breakfast was fresh and delicious and a highlight. The rooms are fresh and modern and feel natural. House is named after the resident dog Luna. The staff are so thoughtful and appreciated the surprise birthday treat. Convenient 30 mins...
