The rooms are not really quiet, and since they allow pets you may hear a lot of noise from the next room. Otherwise, it is in a decent location with easy access to everything. The lake is close by.

Love this place. But a lot of construction going on and had to move My rooms which was very difficult to do. I was there a week and half and they started painting the side I was on but didn’t want my car painted so I had to move. Pain in the butt. Maybe hook us up with a good deal and we will for sure return. But as I was told construction will be going on for over a year.

Stayed two nights. Site is outdated and currently under remodeling. Garbage in stairwell smelled of something rotting for 24 hours. The floor in the room was dirty and sticky. There was only one trash can in room, none in the bathroom. No tissue in the bathroom. Shower door wouldn't stay closed and was hung incorrectly/backwards. Bathroom door stuck. Construction crew appeared to be staying at hotel and played loud music outside until 10:30 PM on Friday night. Went to use the hot tub on Saturday. While in it an employee put a hose in the tub to add more water. Had to tell the front desk that the hot tub was overflowing. Drain on floor near hot tub wasn't working, and created a puddle. Hot tub had to warm back up after cold water added. Floors around property are slick tile, so a slipping hazard.

They were renovating and they had painting materials and boards all over my entrance into my room, which wasn't safe for my dogs

The whole experience was horrible. The rooms were dirty and stunk shower doors wouldn’t stay closed. No staff to be found most of the time rude people in the pool area that were working on the hotel using the pool area very inconvenient to get to the room upstairs because the elevator was not working. Would not recommend for anyone to go there. It was overpriced for what you got.

The property is being taken over by new owners. The head desk person Travis was amazing. He changed our room to a suite with a hot tub(hotel hot tub broken) lovely king size bed. He was helpful, kind and efficient!! The stay would have been a disaster without his help. Thank you Travis!!!!!

Connor at the front desk made us feel extremely welcomed. He took time to tell us about the history of the hotel, a little about Estes Park, and changes forthcoming..breakfast in the future. The indoor pool and game room were a huge plus as we had two teenagers and two littles. Connor took our request fir adjoining rooms very serious and was able to accommodate us. Would come back and eager to see if upgrades are in the future for the hotel.

I was very put off by reviews and conflicting reports about this hotels quality and renovations. But then I stayed here and it was phenomenal. Excellent value for a stay in Estes and the hotel has everything you need but breakfast. It’s 2 min from the Stanley and downtown. Staff was great.

Outside was very dirty. Our view was very unpleasant. Latters everywhere , Brocken grills , trash .our room had a very ugly peace of wood around the ac unit . Area around the pool was horrible ! The pool was supposed to be indoor BUT it was super cold water . We asked a man maybe it was the owner he said it was 80 degrees !nope that water was so cold everyone complaining water was too cold for kids . There was absolutely no heater in the pool area. Hallways are so cold inside the building .Pictures on the website are absolutely nothing like what it looks like in person . Absolutely disappointing!

Everything was great until I got to my room. It was dirty, bed was not made there was trash on the floor, bathroom was a mess. I called the front desk explained what happened. He told apologized and explained what happened. Went back to the lobby and they upgraded us to a suit. It was a nice place to stay and I will definitely recommend friends and family and will stay again.

The front desk was very accomadating. They are remodeling so thats why the experience wasnt as high. I was uoset I paid 105.00 with Hotels.com and coukd gave rented for 68.00 not using them. I wont use them in the future due to this. I have used them for yrs and wont anymore.

Meh.
We were able to check in early, but were sent to a room that was still occupied. The next room we were sent to was less than clean. Sheets appeared clean, bathroom…not so much. It was clear the shower walls and soap holders hadn’t been cleaned, the mirror had toothpaste splatters and sink was probably just wiped off with a damp towel. The first towel I picked up had a VERY large stain on it as well, as in easily twice the size of my head. A lone towel sat sadly in the hallway outside of the rooms the entire time we were there. The lone gal working was very nice, but also clearly unhappy with the new ownership and new housekeeping crew. Game room looked fun though!

My husband and I chose this hotel for our romantic get away for our 29th wedding anniversary. We arrived at 4 pm on Friday, January 12th, 2024. When got to our room it was freezing. The staff knowing of our arrival should have turned on the heat to warm up our room prior. Plus our refrigerator was cracked open and not turned on, again it to should have been taken care of prior to our arrival. I had requested a mountain view room and got two big trees outside of our room, not much of a mountain view at all. After we came back to the hotel from having dinner we thought we would go warm up in the hot tub, but when we got there there were icicles broken on the floor by a silver vent and ice all over it, and the hot tub was not hot but cold. So, we are ok we will go in sauna, which we find is out of service. The website did not show anything being out of service. We saw an employee(young black man) and mentioned to him we thought something was wrong with the hot tub because it was not hot and advised him of the icicles on vent too. He seemed agitated that we bothered him by the fireplace but he then told us they had to drain hot tub and put new water in, so it wont be ready until 8/9 pm. He also stated the icicles were basically normal on vent. There were no notifications up anywhere that hot tub was not ready to use. So off to our room to go to bed. We both slept horribly both nights we were there. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable that our bodies ached & could not sleep.

This hotel sadly was very problematic. The outer hotel door on the side of the building was unsecured numerous times over my 6-day stay; as were at least a dozen rooms. The trash piled in the hallways for two nights/three days. In the room, only one roll of toilet paper which ran out during the stay. No plastic or paper cups are available. The HVAC system is ancient, thus not providing suitable comfort. The only positive comment is the location was nice.

Our hot tube is currently working and we have staff watching the front desk and lobby with our building maintenance is on standby for issues related to our hot tub. Check in time is at 4:00pm
