Rooms were very dated and old beds were worn out not very comfortable. You could hear everything through the walls to the next rooms. Wouldn’t want to stay there again.

Very close to Rocky Mtn park. Good communication with staff - clean and easy to.travel. The resturant was good as well - very nice staff.

Highly recommend and given maximum stars due to how reasonable the price was with a clean room with a bath and plenty of hot water. The TV included access to premium channels like Disney! The owner gave a great recommendation for dinner and Estes is about a 10 minute drive. Great value for money and only a few miles down the road from Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. Gorgeous around back!

It is an awesome property, the location is great and the attention of the owner goes above and beyond, the place is so cozy and clean and we spent a wonderful time in there.

We visited Estes Park and stayed during the Spring Break winter storm. Not ever experiencing an snow storm, we bunkered down in our cozy cabin. We felt pretty safe, staff maintained clear walkways, and kept us up to date on weather and news. We enjoyed the snow and loved the scenery.

What a great place to relax and get away from work for a few days. Room was comfortable and has everything you need. Nikki is so helpful and nice. Will definitely go back there every time I come to Estes.

This is a cute hotel property. Rooms are decorated to match the theme of the mountains. It will fit in right downtown Gatlinburg! Check in was easy and the area was super quiet. Located directly in front of the hotel is a restaurant (The Wapiti) which has delicious food and a wonderful array of alcohol beverages. The hotel and restaurant make a great combination.

Had a nice time. Unfortunately didn't get the bigger room I paid extra for but was still charged. I wasn't a fan of their not being a front desk person only because I had trouble figuring out what room was actually mine and didn't get an email right away. GPS didn't line up with location. But the woman I spoke with on the phone was very kind and did her best to help me eventually get to where I needed to be. Otherwise very beautiful location and the room was clean. Nice restaurant bar next door.

Excellent customer service. We were heading home during snowy conditions and the property manager gave us suggestions about the safest roads to take down the mountain without us even having to ask. Very good price for what you get! Loved it! Will be returning!

The area and property were clean. The bed was outdated with a spring bed. It was very uncomfortable and could feel the springs. Other than that, everything else was ok. Needs some remodeling.
