Cleanliness and staff were great. I would have liked to have seen the amenities open (pool & hottub) and perhaps two different breakfast options in protein. When eating there more than 2 nights it's too repetitive

Off season review here! It was quiet and peaceful at this hotel! The staff was nice and friendly and we had no issues with our stay. The location was convenient for us because we didn’t want to be too much in town but still close enough to hit all the hot spots!

The staff was courteous. Easy location to find and maneuver around. I was a little apprehensive of being on ground floor but we felt safe.

Kristoff was incredible and the rooms were comfortable. There were no issues. I was frustrated by the air conditioner / heating unit and that I couldn't set it to keep and maintain a heat so I had to get up and down to adjust the temperature when it got too hot or too cold in the room. Otherwise we had no problems and really enjoyed our stay. We will come back.

We had a wonderful time here. We had a Mountain View in a very spacious room. Housekeeping was wonderful. Front desk was very friendly. Breakfast hot and adequate.

Stayed here for 3 nights while exploring Estes and RMNP. Simple, but very tasty breakfast each morning. Clean room and lobby. Staff were friendly and helpful! Would stay here again.

Nice and clean, nothing fancy but everything we needed. Hot tub has no key requirement. Our boys went out there 3 times and a group of drunk young adults had completely taken over. They even asked our boys to go get them beer! Boys saw them leave and they got into cars & drove away. Motel should have cleared the snow on the walks for safety. Needed water in buffet- I was told to go to a vending machine if I wanted water?

Hotel was clean and the person who checked us in was friendly but the TV didn’t work and the heat in the room was not able to be regulated. We woke up in the middle of the night due to an extremely hot room. We had to open the window to get some cool air during a 5 degree night. Probably won’t stay here again.

Wanted to use the hot tub but while the staff went out to lift the lid on the tub they did not shove the snow off the walk into the outside unit. Icy walks needed some ice melter as we walked to the very basic breakfast.

Good beds, room with fireplace that is so inviting after a day snowshoeing in the Rocky Mountain Park. Staff very helpful and accommodating - I highly recommend the establishment.
