"One of the most horrible stays. When we landed in the place the AirCo was not working, amenities were missing (no toiletries). First we were told things will be fixed the next day and next day morning we were told that it will not be and will be provided a 10 euro refund. "Travelled from London to Germany for a friend's birthday party. Lovely apartment pads and very clean. One of the beds was not great on my back, but that might just be my condition. My kids loved their stay and are keen to return."

"Good: Central location, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen (inc Nespresso, hobs, big fr/freezer and microwave), good shower. Very spacious. Bad: Lots of stairs (60+) to third floor (some apartments on 2nd floor) and no lift. Patchy/slow Wi-Fi, so Netflix wouldn't really work on TV and struggled to stream content on laptop.
