"We received the room 602 on the top floor. It was in my opinion the best room with an amazing view towards the Rhone river and the basilica on the hill. Everything in the hotel was perfect, good breakfast and 24h access to the club area where we could have enjoyed coffee and snacks anytime we wanted. The hotel location is perfect, walking distance or "bike distance" to all "the musts" in Lyon city. We hope to return to Lyon, to the Okko hotel and to the room no. 602 in the Okko hotel soon!"

"I had a really great stay at Villa Maïa in Lyon. The hotel sits up on Fourvière Hill, so the views over the city are absolutely beautiful, especially in the morning and at sunset. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed without feeling over the top. What stood out most was the staff—they were friendly, helpful, and made everything feel easy without being pushy. The spa area was a nice bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the breakfast was fresh and simple but really well done. The whole place has a calm, quiet atmosphere, which made it feel like a true escape from the busy parts of the city. Overall, it felt like a perfect mix of luxury and comfort without being pretentious. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lyon."

"We loved our stay at Hotel du Theatre! Reception staff Esther and Louis were wonderful, breakfast just what we needed, location was excellent and we would definitely recommend this hotel. Stairs not a problem for us as we only carried our luggage down. Merci beaucoup de La part de deluxe canadiens!"

"Hotel itself is beautiful. Pool and amenities as advertised. Staff are well trained, professional, and very friendly. The room fit and fondue do not reflect the price - layouts are quite strange, ie. no sink on the same floor as the toilet and shower. And Bring your own mattress because the beds are exceptionally uncomfortable. Location would be the main reason to stay "

"The hotel is in an excellent location for staying in Lyon. Place Bellecour, the Vieux Lyon, Place des Terreaux, the shops, both rivers and the Croix-Rousse are within a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel and room were very clean, breakfasts were good, coffee machine made lovely coffee and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Only one negative would be that if there had been two of us staying an additional couple of towel rails would have been good to dry damp towels on."
