"Rooms very nice. While the room itself was classic European, the bathroom was very upscale and new. Staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. Location in old town, on one floor of a residential apartment building, we walked a bit to restaurants. Be aware there are three steps up to the one person elevator and managing luggage is awkward. I am 70 and did fine."

"Beautiful OLD historic super coolr hotel with modern finishes. Perfect combination! We loved the rooms and interiors. Comfortable bedding. Fantastic location within walking distance of everything in historic old town Lyon. We did enjoy the bar one night but never ate in the restaurant. The breakfast cost about $50 US per person so we didn't partake. Never saw it. Staff were courteous and helpful. "

We loved the design of the hotel - the lobby, the corridors, the room and the restaurant. The room is spacious, the bed was huge and comfortable. All the time we were surrounded by staff members who gave perfect service. We would love to come back!"
