"The place is truly a hidden gem. You feel like a guest in a home. It’s decorated beautifully. I normally struggle with sleeping in hotels but I was getting the best night sleep. The place has a coat feel even though it’s decorated like a place out of a magazine. All the staff were very helpful and extremely nice. I definitely recommend that you book your stay here. "Charming place, convenient location, wonderful staff. The stairs are a challenge but so is Porto with hills and stairs. We stayed on 4th floor (fantastic view from our room!) but had a heart-pounding climb to it. Breakfast delivered to room was always hot and fresh."

Sofa bed was very short but no issues for our child but wouldn't recommend for an adult. That said, me our needs and kitchenette was very useful.
