"This was my 2nd stay at the property. 1st visit was just 2 nights. This time I stayed a week. Staff was very attentive and hard working. Anytime a problem came up, it was corrected as quickly as could be expected."

Even after the member acknowledged providing the wrong price, no meaningful effort was made to honor the quoted rate or provide a reasonable accommodation. Instead, after spending hours in the lobby trying to resolve the issue, I was left with only two options: downgrade my stay or accept a refund...
