"The room itself and the staff are fabulous. Getting into the building is another thing. Who wants to stand outside flagging around with their phone and trying to scan QR codes and fill in more forms? I will stay again but email for the access code in advance. "Petit séjour très agréable comme d'habitude, chaque année j'y retourne et je ne suis jamais déçue le personnel est adorable. L'hôtel est très bien situé proche de l'autoroute, plages et rivières a une trentaine de min en voiture, proche du tramway ligne 2 pour aller au centre-ville c'est l'idéal. Il y a des commerces restaurant et une salle de sport a proximité a pied. La piscine est hyper agréable pas de vis a vis et calme. A l'année prochaine 😊"

"good but the room was never cleaned - perhaps you have to ask - and the cocktails in the bar were a mixture rather than proper ones and it was near enough to the airport but I think I wish to be nearer the beach next time but overall still a good place with friendly staff to talk to and a pleasant stay "
