"I stayed at this hotel three nights. The employees were great. They all seemed to focus on the customer. The one thing future guests should be aware of is the breakfast. They advertise a complimentary breakfast which really is misleading. "Whilst the room was cleanish, the cups were dirty & chipped. The bed was comfortable, however the Air Conditioning didn’t work & it was incredibly hot. We were unable to open the windows to cool the room down, due to the noise from outside, therefore unable to get a restful nights sleep. The shower sealants were mouldy. The bathroom fixtures & fittings were in a very poor condition & there were 3 broken tiles in the shower. It also smelled of dampness. "

"A lovely traditional hotel in the heart of the beautiful old part of the City, although in a pedestrianised area with shops and restaurants close by it was very easy to get a taxi in a nearby street to go elsewhere in Eskişehir. None of the properties in the old quarter look to have air con but our room had a fan and plenty of windows so we were comfortable even in the middle of August. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the free breakfast every morning, beautifully presented...
