"The rooms are very noisy, it was 4 nights with no sleep. Hot tub was ice cold, told they would work on it. Key card had to be replaced every night after being out all day. "Scott from Front Desk had a great customer service. I came with 2 kids, stressed because we didn’t like the hotel we booked which was Ramada by Wyndham Oceanside and Scott showed us a few rooms. And very attentive to details and what is good with kids. Because of his great attitude willing to help to find the best room we chose to stay there. Everything was great. We loved it."
