"The room was clean. I found the bed mattress to be too soft. The property was maintained; great staff. The breakfast was good. Air conditioning worked well. Early mornings were a bit noisy with construction outside. Our stay at Best Western was pleasant."

"The lady at the front desk was probably one of the nicest people I have ever met. She was so kind and patient. She changed our room to a first floor room so my mother could have easier access due to her poor mobility. She also made fresh coffee for me and my sister. Little things like that make a world of difference! Also, when we walked into our room, we could tell it had been cleaned thoroughly. It actually SMELLED clean. You don’t always get that smell when you stay in a hotel."

"We had a good stay at your property. The attendant at check in was great and very helpful. There were a few things that needed repair ie the elevator button coming from the second floor, the pancake maker and the first room we were assigned was not clean. However, the breakfast and coffee maker was top notch!"

"The property is as described with one exception. That is, there is no continental breakfast as stated in the property's description. When mentioned to management they said they haven't had this since Covid began. I informed them their website and VRBO description still states this. The room is clean and the bed comfortable. There are several places nearby for breakfast, from grits bowls to "all you can eat", and the usual McDonald's and Waffle house (the latter I do not recommend, especially with the other options so convenient)."
