Fantastic short trip

Was a short trip for a milestone birthday. The hotel staff were so helpful including helping with booking a birthday cake from a local caterer with less than 24 hr notice. I will definitely return here

Hotel is very good all things considered including price. The only problem was breakfast hours which ends at 10 ( too early) and coffee service. Standing in line for coffee early in the morning was a bit annoying.

Ristorante non all’altezza di un 4stelle s Camerieri improvvisati, bisognava penare per farci portare via i piatti sporchi! Bello il minimalismo in camera 😔 ma anche no in bagno dove manca completamente la privacy…. Inoltre bisogna armarsi di spray deodoranti perché la ventilazione è praticamente nulla.

Camera top, ristorazione migliorabile

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per 6 notti. La camera è ampia e luminosa dotata di un bel balcone arredato con sedie e tavolino. Anche se siamo arrivati prima dell'orario del check-in alla reception sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno accolto con un bicchiere di pomada (un cocktail minorchino) e consegnato le tessere della camera. La piscina è stupenda ma non è presente il bagnino. L'hotel non è distante dal mare ma neppure sul mare (circa 400-500 metri). Abbiamo utilizzato il posteggio della struttura che però è in pieno sole e non molto comodo (per arrivarci bisogna uscire dall'hotel e fare una salita un po' ripida e difficoltosa se si indossano le ciabatte da mare). Quello che non ci ha soddisfatto è stata la ristorazione. Abbiamo trovato la sala interna arredata in modo troppo impersonale e i tavoli troppo vicini ai banchi del buffet, il che dava più una sensazione di mensa che di ristorante. Purtoppo anche il livello della cucina non era da 4 stelle superiore e ci è capitato che dopo un'ora dall'inizio del servizio (previsto dalle 19.30 alle 22) alcune portate non fossero più disponibili. Anche i camerieri addetti al servizio bevande non erano molto rapidi, infatti ci è capitato di aspettare un quarto d'ora prima di essere serviti

Eviten este hotel a toda costa.

Todo es apariencia en este Hotel, el servicio es pésimo, el desayuno con unos productos de malísima calidad, hasta la ensaimada es mala, el restaurante de la piscina es abominable y el personal es maleducado, sin formación alguna y sin la menor actitud de servicio, máxime lo contrario.

Vacanza di una settimana a Minorca in questa grande struttura. Molto funzionale il ristorante, belle le camere, privacy e silenzio nelle ore notturne, il servizio pulizie nelle stanze potrebbe essere migliorato, aree verdi molto curate e belle. Personale gentile e simpatico. Intrattenimento musicale serale vario e interessante. Minorca é sempre una garanzia ed il Seth 55 Sant Tomàs è un hotel molto interessante e consigliato.
