Very good value hotel in excellent location
Friendly hotel (almost no English) Room bedding and shower clean if a little dated. Very good breakfast. Perfect location for sightseeing

The hotel is located in a central area so it is easy for you to go wherever you want on foot or by buses. The cleanliness of the hotel is good, although the building is a bit old (like most of erzurum's buildings for it is a historical city) I didn't see any insects or anything, so overall it is clean. There is a plenty of towels and blankets. They provide soap and shampoo. There is tea for free all the time (tea drinkers would like that for sure😁) and they provide free breakfast (not so variant but healthy and good). For the same price you can't find any better hotel. The most important thing is the friendliness and hospitality of the staff of the hotel (especially karim brother😃), when ever they see you they ask if you need any help (they even helped me in my paperworks outside the hotel). I wish them the best and if I am ever to come to erzurum again surely i would stay here.

Fiyat/performans çok iyi, personel süper; kalınır!
Çok nahif ve yardımsever personeli var, konumu merkeze (Yakutiye Medresesi) 8-10 dakika mesafede, oda sıaklığı gayet iyiydi. Bir daha geldiğimde tekrar burada kalmayı düşünüyorum, hiçbir soru yaşamadım.

Gayet temiz tertipli düzenli bir otel çalışan arkadaşlar tamamen cana yakın ve ilgililer kahvaltısı ve akşam yemeği oldukça doyurucu sıcak su ve duş sorunu yok merkezi konumda gezilebilecek her yere çok yakın kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Sadece çalışanların güler yüzlü ve yardım sever hatta hizmette sınır tanımayan davranışlarına bile tercih edilebilir..

À recommander fortement
Pas besoin de taxi si vous arrivez par avion, il suffit d'emprunter le bus de l'aéroport jusqu'au terminus à la station de train. L'hôtel est à 10 minutes à pied. Personnel super sympa. Les différents employés sont toujours souriant et disponibles. Le petit-déjeuner est correct. Le thé est offert toute la journée. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, en plein centre ville. Sans oublier la propreté irreprochable de cet établissement.

Comfortable stay in the middle of town
The hotel is very nice and situated in the middle of town. You can easily access all sights. Furthermore the most important busses (like K4 to Otogar) leave at the main road not far away from the hotel. The room was spacy and the breakfast very good. The Internet connection was very strong and reliable. Also some of the staff speak english, which is a plus 😊 i would stay there again.
