Perfectly nice hotel for a night stop. Restaurant staff, and couple who made breakfast were lovely. But the biggest pleasant surprise of all was Erzincan. Just absolutely loved the place and the people were so incredibly nice perhaps because there aren't that many tourists who ever come here - we will be back in Erzincan inshallah for a longer stay

GREAT HOTEL - GREAT LOCATION

Great hotel with walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. Room was spacious and clean. There was a bar downstairs which was really nice and relaxing. The breakfast was ok and the staff were very friendly. There is a free carpark outside the hotel. Would recommend this hotel.

Stayed with family and loved the hotel. very nice people. I had issue with car. Staff and owner spend hours on phone with Avis rental to help me out. Would love to stay again.

pleasant staff but problems

The staff was very nice and helpful. they spoke english and were attentive to our needs. BUT- the top floor which (on the website) looked like a beautiful dining area was torn up and totally shut down so meals were only in the dark little pub. Our car got blocked in to the parking lot so we could not get out. Apparently this happens a lot but still - we had to change our plans because we could not leave the parking lot when we wanted to. Also, someone else's socks were in the bathroom storage area under the sink. Kind of gross.

Merkezde ve her yere yakın, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve sempatik, her talebinizde yardımcı ouyorlar, oda temiz ve sessizdi. Kahvaltı büyük bir tabakta geliyor ve herşey vardı ( Erzincan tulum peyniri hariç)

Very friendly staff and clean hotel

The whole hotel personel was very friendly and supportive. The rooms and bath was very clean. Everyone was keen on using mask and social distance. The breakfast was given per person with a good choice of turkish breakfast.
