"The overall stay wasn’t very good. Breakfast isn’t included unless you pay a hefty price every morning, the front desk ladies speak to you like AI robots never actually answering any questions, and if you want to use the “pool” you need to make a reservation, give them a ton information, then they give you a ticket and a wristband and a bunch of other nonsense, and there really isn’t even a pool. "The overall stay was very good"

"Overall, it's a nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. But my wife had an unsettling and embarrassing experience. She left a pair of her underwear in the bathroom. When the staff checked the room during checkout they obviously found the undergarment. Instead of being discreet about the situation, a male staff member brought the garment down waiving it in front of everyone in the lobby. I would expect a little more professionalism in handling the situation. Maybe train the staff on etiquette in case...
