"The stay was great because of the warm staff who always greeted us with respect. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The only thing I need to complain about is the way the light switch were made is bad and worse. I just need to turn on or off one of the lights at the bedside, but the light in the bathroom shut off too while my mother is taking a shower. This is not safe. And I cant figure out how to turn it back on. It should have been done simple on and off. I had to call the desk for help. ...

"The staff was very helpful and well organized. Even though the hotel is very old but they kept the place so clean.The breakfast buffet needs more selection.But overall it is a good place to stay 👍"

"The room was essentially clean. We stayed in the signature suite overlooking the Manila bay which was an amazing view every morning. Staff were friendly and responsive. We were not able to use the spa during our stay."
