A lovely little hotel in a quiet area
A lovely little hotel in a quiet area. Admittedly I only stayed one night and did not eat anything there but I booked a single bed which was a four foot one so plenty of room. The receptionist was very good with excellent English. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

Stay Away!!!
Please get clarifications on all the items being offered at the hotel. I was given the impression that the airport transfer and subsequent transfers to local train station were inclusive in the cost, but to my nasty surprise, everything was charged at premium. The airport transfers cost more than the air ticket from London! Eye watering to say the least. The apparently cheerful owner (fake as it turned out) very clearly mentioned about free transfers and went back on it very nonchalantly. No shower gel in the bathrooms and cold breakfast in the buffet. For the rates charged (comparable to a 4* in Dusseldorf proper), the service and deception is truly shocking!

Dear Anonymous, Thank you ever so much for your comment. We do appreciate you taking your time to report about your stay and deeply regret that it left such a bad impression on you. Rest assured we take your comments very serious and have already taken steps to rectify our shortfalls as commented. However in this particular case we would also love to express our disappointment of some of your descriptions on Hotels.com with the extras such as airport transfer rate or breakfast charge. We where absolutely sure it is written clearly that a supplement charge will apply. In regards to the shower gel we have spoken to the houskeeeping manager and we will find a solution to replace the shower gel, maybe directly in the shower insteat on the sink. Please be sure that we will take more precise steps within our teams, in order to offer a more professional and satisfactory service to our valued guests. Our breakfast buffet is an continental breakfast and most of the items are could served. However we are more than pleased to offer during fairtrades special like srambled eggs and bacon, extra hot sausage and daily breakfast specials at the same breakfast charge. We can only recommend to our guest if somthing is missing just ask the waitress . In case we can not assist we will order your favourite for the next day. The satisfaction and well being of our customers is our chief objective. It would be our absolute pleasure to welcome you back to the Landhaus Göddertzhof and I would be delighted if I could look after your stay personally. Loved everything about this serene country place
Great scenery and feel to the place. I will absolutely stay here again it was SO lovely for such a great price! It's A lovely courtyard farmhouse. The ambience is so wonderful and it just makes you relax. Kind staff, nice room that was comfortable. Guests should note the front desk hours and avoid arriving late, or if unavoidable check with them if they will set up a key drop after hours. The walls were a bit thin in my room and I heard the neighbors kids in another room. Maybe they were just very loud or maybe the walls indeed are thin. It's an older building ( though extremely well kept and modernized). Overall, definitely recommend.

Wir waren mit Hund dort. Wir kamen ins grosszüge Zimmer und für unseren Hund lagen Fressnapf, Trinknapf, Leckerli und Hundebeutel bereit. Alles in neuem Zustand. Das haben wir als sehr positiv aufgenommen. Das Zimmer war zweckmässig aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Reichhaltiges Frühstück wurde geboten. Preis Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Wir würden immer wieder dort übernachten.

Es war gut. Ja wur würden wiederkommen. Im Detail allerdings nun wir kamen spät an und nur durch eine Nachfrage unsererseits erfuhren wir, dass unsere Schlüsdel deponiert sind. Klappte dan aber super. Das Zimmer war gut hatte!sogar Kafeemaschiene, Geschirr Kochfeld... Der morgen mit Auschecken war seltsam. Wir kamen zum Checkout und wurden aufgefordert die!Rechnung fürs!Frühstück uu zahlen, den redt hatten wir vorher bezahlt. Wir haben nicht gefrühstückt und die Dame glaubte das nur ansatzweise, obwohl zum,Frühstück hätten wir auch an ihr vorbei laufen müssen... Es war seltsam, die Frühstücksfrsge wsr wichtiger aus ein check wie wir geschlafen hatten... Nun gut. Alles in allem, tolle anlage, schönes!Zimmer, halte Matratzen, günstig und gut.

Bitte geben Sie uns doch die Daten Ihrer Reservierung und ich fragen beim Personal nach, warum dies nicht nach unserem Standard verlief. Auf unseren Online Portalen ist das Frühstück nicht inkludiert, dies muss vor Ort beglichen werden, sofern dies eingenommen wird.

Wiederkommen ist garantiert
Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum eine ruhige Nacht zu genießen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren supernett und zuvorkommend. Das Abendessen in Buffetform war echt der Hammer, der Preis mehr als fair uns das frische Fassbier ist echt schmackhaft gewesen.

Très bon court séjour dans un endroit très calme. Chambre très agréable. Petit déjeuner sympa et varié. Personnel serviable. Menu pour le repas du soir un peu limité.

Sehr schöner ehemaliger Hof
Sehr ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und bemüht und auch das Frühstück lecker und reichhaltig. Das einzige, was ich bemängele, sind die doch vielen Einwegverpackungen beim Frühstück.... dafür war der Kaffee sehr gut und die regionalen Wurstsorten ein Genuss. Die Matratzen sind komfortabel und so schön die teils alten Möbel auch für's Auge sind, so stören empfanden wir als Paar die breite Besucherritze. Bei der Buchung ist es empfehlenswert zu erwähnen, wenn man das nicht mag, denn es gibt auch richtige Doppelbetten.

Sehr geehrte Tine, vielen Dank für Ihre Zeit und das ausführliche Bewertung unseres kleinen Landhauses. Es ist schön zu hören, dass unser Frühstück einen fantastsichen Tagesstart ist. Wir sind ganz bei Ihnen was der Umweltfaktor bei den Einzelverpackungen von Nutella, Sirup und Magarine angeht - wir haben vieles schon probiert und für uns ist es momentan die bessere Variante. Natürlich sind wir stolz auf unsere rustikalen Betten und einige haben dadurch das es sichum zwei Betten handeln eine Besucherritze, manchmal größer manchmal kleiner. Dieses macht gerade den Charme unseres Landhaus aus. Gern bei Buchung angeben und wir versuchen, das passende Zimmer mit Bett zu zuteilen. Wir freuen uns schon heute Sie einmal wieder im Landhaus Göddertzhof zu begrüßen.
