The staff was good checking in. But the breakfast was not good at all and you had to pay for it. We wished we had gone to a restaurant nearby. The room was very nice and clean. Had a great shower, was plenty big enough.

The hotel was clean which is why i like to come here but its was extremely loud. Staff allowed the guest to be well over an appropriate volume to the point that i could barely hear the woman checking me in standing right in front of me! There were children running in thw halls that i could hear very clear in my room and i did not report this due to the fact that they allowed such loud behaviors downstairs at the bar and sitting area. Lastly staff were wearing regular comfort clothing not business casual or unifom, which made them blend in with the guest. If they werent standing behind a desk you would think they were guest themselves. After a long day of working and coming to a hotel to sleep its not very pleasant when guest are allowed to to basicly party and congurated in unnecessary loud gatherings at 10pm while staff ignore it.

This is not a hotel that I can recommend. When I booked it was specifically for a walk-in shower as part of the room. There was no walk-in shower. There was a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and when I went to ask the front desk for a full role the man said, “Yeah, we’re out.” Unbelievable. He said they were unable make change so that I could tip housekeeping because his drawer was closed, but then he opened it right in front of me. The non walk-in shower did not drain when I showered and when i was done there were several inches of water in the tub that took quite a while to drain. Sometimes you just know that a place is not what it should be - this was one of those times!
