"We had a lovely stay at NH Collection Murano Venice. The hotel feels new, with a clean, sleek design and thoughtful touches such as USB-A and USB-C charging points, motorised curtains and warm lighting that created a cosy ambience. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit on both Murano and in Venice. Murano was a hidden gem for travelling with a toddler. There is a playground next to the hotel and two more within about a mile. The island is also much quieter than Venice, making it easier to get around with a young child. The main area for improvement was the usefulness and availability of the amenities. The €8 shuttle to Venice was convenient, but more frequent services would have been helpful. While the spa and complimentary champagne may appeal to some guests, we would have appreciated more family-friendly or practical options. It was also difficult to get food at the hotel, as the restaurants were fully booked during our stay. Room service, which cost an additional €10, was unavailable even on the evening we arrived. This was inconvenient, particularly with a toddler. Overall, the modern hotel, excellent staff and relaxed atmosphere of Murano made it a great base for exploring Venice. We would happily stay here again."

"The view from our balcony on the grand Canal in Venice was amazing, looking to the right you saw the Rialto Bridge, across the canal, beautiful hotels, and to the left a stunning view of the canal. The staff was wonderful, very helpful with any need we had. Our room, a junior suite, was beautiful and extremely clean."

"I loved this hotel. It’s beautiful but not over the top. The service is fantastic, especially the two blonde ladies that run the breakfast (I’m sorry, I’m terrible with names!). I loved that it was in a quiet area, but still super quick to get to on the Vaporetto. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Loved the authentic Italian feel and renovated villas. Felt very immersed in the culture. The pool was beautiful and relaxing after a very busy few weeks of travelling. Would have liked onsite dining availability however we did wander down the street and found a wonderful pizzeria for lunch."

"We took a private water taxi from the airport to the hotel and it was so easy and quick + fun experience. We cannot say enough great things about this property location (location, location location!). That being said, upon arrival, we were early (jet lagged and tired). They accommodated our luggage to hold until the room was ready. We were in desperate need of drinks- we received a free drink and there were lots of choices (thank you!) the lobby area was amazing, we could rest and hang out and there was a bathroom. We went out exploring and our room was ready and they took our luggage up the 4th floor (again thank you assisting after a long travel). I will say the girl working the day of our arrival spent lots of time with us- very friendly and helpful. Our adult daughter was tired and she assured us that she would be fine staying in the lobby until the room was ready. The building is next to a church and we could hear the bells ring and we had several windows with charming views. The area was quiet and restful. It was close to everything! We would stay here again."
