"Stay was generally good although Hotels.com didn't inform me that the pool was closed for renovation. The online room guide you're sent to suggests you can request different pillows but reception looked at me like it was the weirdest request and just said "all the rooms have the same pillow". The area is stunning, amazing forrests for walks and cycling. I think it's a hidden gem for people who love the outdoors. We saw a massive deer at night and you could hear Wild Boar! A bit scary at night but exciting all the same.

I would stop again but would hope the ever expanding chain invests some of it profits into maintenance of the building....a massive well done to the restaurant team clearly a credit to the company!
