"The room itself was OK, and the "hotel" was not so difficult to find. The problem was access. I got a message in German, but not being German it was not of any help. I could see a code on it, I guess to access the hotel, but it did not work. I called for help, and the phone was answered and was manager was helpful. I was able to get into the building. "On my way to Heilbronn I got an email saying my booking had been cancelled. When I got there the man told me they have issues with Expedia bookings and it was fully booked. However as I’d already paid I decided to wait around, and managed to get a room as someone didn’t turn up. Also someone in the next room was very loud all night but that was probably just a one-off.
