"We spent 3nights at the Imperial and it was a superb hotel. They were able to accommodate an early check in for one of the 2 rooms which was super helpful and they had the other ready efficiently. Theblift wasn't working during our stay but the reception staff helped with bags and also stored our pushchair for us as we were travelling with a baby. The breakfast was tasty and served in a lovely room with friendly staff who were also very efficient. We had an issue on the last day that a payment...

"It is a 3 storey building without lifts on the hotel side (not sure about the opposite apartment building, though). We have been arranged on the top floor (on my request) without realising the non-lift facility. Just a small short-fall. The Public Road outside the building is rather broken with chipped off cobbled stones & pot holes so pushing your luggage along it won’t b fun. Even an e-hailing car ride will b bumpy, & again, it is for a short distance of about a lane of 50 metres, perhaps. No...

"The location is unbeatable. The area is walkable to any historical site of your choice. Plenty of cafes and convenience stores are nearby. The apartment is in a well maintained historical building, which is a big pro for architecture enthusiasts like me. If you are a solo traveler with lots of luggage, watch out for stairs, the building doesn’t have the elevator so you will have to drug your luggage over the stairs.
