"I had an average overall experience l. The hotel interior is great, the customer service was pleasant but just ok and my room was a disappointment as it had the wirr of the kitchen fans going for the bulk of my stay and no view at all. If booking through a third party it seems to be a norm you could have a room experience like mine. If you want a great room ensure you pay for the view."

"Fantastic hotel, rooms don’t have air con so we’re a bit hot as I stayed in a heat wave. Windows being opened further helped but there are many flies that ended up in the room. Apart from this a lovely hotel with fantastic staff and a great bar, restaurant and breakfast. Well worth a stay."

"Sadly despite best efforts from a friendly staff we had a poor experience with our room. On the first day there was a constant motor noise which we were told came from the kitchen and would end when service was over. Our room safe would not reset so we had to be provided with the access key. The shower was unusable as the temperature varied from too hot to scalding and despite hanging a clean me sign on the door the room was not serviced. On the plus side the food was very good with over generous portion sizes which meant we did waste some food. We were surprised that when we ordered roast sirloin beef we were served with a grilled be it a very juicy and tasty steak but definitely not a sunday roast. Also on the plus side was a very friendly barman. We were aware of someone else complaining and the receptionist said she would take the matters up with her manager."

"I had the warmest welcome from Catherine, with some tea and homemade scone😍 The location is beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast was incredible, vast choice and so much food served, which was much needed to take on the Cuilcagh Boardwalk!"

"The cabin offers amazing views, and the staff are very helpful. There is room for improvement in the breakfast cooking, and enhancing the cleaning standards would be beneficial. There was also a lack of water, wifi was unavailable and there weren’t enough towels."
