"Room service was super fast which was great! Parking was easy and the location is very convenient. The only downside was there was no option to use streaming services on the TVs. Good ol' fashioned cable. The rooms we booked said they were pet friendly. When we got there, the other group we were traveling with had to downgrade their room because the other room was too fancy. After calling the head office they were moved to the initial room we booked. Frustrating that it was not clearly...

The parking situation was challenging—the main lot is quite small, and no spaces were available upon arrival. There are only two designated accessible parking spots, both of which were occupied.
