"Great included breakfast! Narissa was such a gem! She brought out fresh baked and warmed croissants for us. Clean and lovely rooms. Be warned though that the trains do come close to the hotel and can make some noise at night. Didn’t bother me cause I sleep easy but did wake me twice."

"Could use a deeper clean, lots of marks on the walls, baseboards were filthy and the ensuite sink didnt drain. All hand soap pumps had the wring type of soap refilled, so you couldnt pump them and had to unscrew the tops to pour soap onto your hands. Overall, it all needed more attentuon to detail to make it feel more inviting."

"Train passing by is very loud. Hot tub wasn’t available during the stay. Other than that, it’s a great experience. "

"The room was nicely appointed and the bed was fantastic! It was so comfortable! When you first arrive you are go through a cozy, inviting round outdoor fireplace seating area that was great to sit by and enjoy some of their delicious food and beverages. As a bit of an odd note, the soap products they use are outstanding! It is a BC company called Rocky Mountain Soap and it smelled phenomenal! It was called Lemongrass Everything Wash. They sell it at the front desk. I can't recommend this place enough. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. "

"Rooms were clean and spacious. Loved having a high end steakhouse and pub on site. Would prefer having in room coffee as it's a bit of a pain having to get dressed and go downstairs for my morning coffee. Would definitely stay there again. Location is fabulous!"

"The windows and walls were so poor that all the road noise from the transport trucks kept me up all night. would NOT recommend this hotel"
