"Room was not ready at check-in time. was told it would be about 20 minutes, but ended up being 90 minutes. Once we were checked in, the stay was great."

"The hotel was very welcoming to pets and very accommodating. But we had missed that we couldn’t leave pets alone which was our fault on their policy, which was no big deal. The staff was very helpful when we were waiting to get our room. "

The room is very clean and spacious, as well as the entire establishment as a whole is clean, do wish I wouldve known they don't serve breakfast anymore was one of the reason I choose this hotel but other then that the Ecnolodge is an affordable and enjoyable establishment to stay in "

"We came to the hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub for a little spring break getaway. After 3 hour drive, we got there and was told the pool was closed for repair. It was too late to find new hotel so we just sat in the room watching tv. I really would have appreciated an email. I would have looked for something else. "
