A system update resulted in the hotel's inability to generate room keys. Each guest had to be escorted to their room each they left and returned to the hotel. For example, we checked in, and then went to dinner. When we returned, someone had to escort us to our room. The same thing happened the next morning after returning to the room after breakfast. This was a slight nuisance, but the staff did their very best to be accomodating. They were great! The second issue was a bit more concerning. We stayed in a wheel chair access room. When we took shower, all of the water flooded the bathroom as well as the entrance. This was due to a drainage issue. We spent quite a bit of teying to use towells to get up the excess water. We showed the hotel manager when she came to give us more towels to put on the floor, and she agreed there was an issue with the shower's drainage. She offered us another room, but by that time we were already settled into the room. Since we were only there 1 night, it wasn't practicle to move. We deserve a partial refund.
