Great pool and slides! Very good breakfast; interesting that the eggs, pancakes and breakfast meat were limited to one serving per person. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Would recommend!

Very clean ,smelled really good but only thing is water is way to cold .Kids wouldnt stay in long .warmer water would have more people there .

This is a new hotel but closet doors didn’t work right. It was relatively noisy as could hear neighbours in room and hallways were creaky despite being new but wood frame clearly. Breakfast was underwhelming and generally cold. Staff was friendly and attentive.

The pool experience was a disappointment. No towels were available. It was freezing cold and over chlorinated. It was not well run.

We needed blankets and pillows for the hide a bed. Front desk staff had difficulty finding extras. Swam in the pool twice and both times there were no towels available for the house and half we were there. Pillows on the king bed were very small and very flat. Bed was comfortable and room was clean but scotch tape on the walls???

Could be a bit cleaner and a lot of the furniture has big scratches and marks. It would be nice if the pool opened earlier. The main floor bedrooms are not well maintained at all. We asked to switch to a different room on a different floor. Overall the stay was good though.

Our hotel door was open when we arrived. The curtains were torn (shredded), there was a stain on the chair, and the phone did not work. I was woken up by an alarm in someone else's room at 5:30 am. We were offered a new room, but the whole experience was not good. I would not stay here again.

We stood at front desk as staff walked past us, we waited about 15-20mins to check in. Then the phone was full of static as tried to call front desk for a blanket for the hide a bed. Which I was told was in the bottom drawer there was a very light blanket. Went to washroom plugged in mirror for its light and got a shock quickly reached for plug to pull out of wall and it was really dirty. TV remote was disgustingly dirty. The good thing was the bed was comfortable. If they would clean the room it would be nice.

Looking Out My Window there was an industrial building with a bunch of scrap bins not very clean looking outside and a bunch of drywall dust in the hallways in some places where you put your hands

Not a relaxing place at all. The pool room has a staff member standing along the wall staring at you the whole time you're in there, even if you are just sitting in the hot tub. Breakfast is regulated and dished out by staff. Signs everywhere telling you about all the rules. I appreciate order and quiet but this place is uncomfortable about it

Clean hotel with a really nice water park, the breakfast is really good and the rooms are clean, only negatives would be the televisions are a bit outdated (couldn’t use Netflix or any streaming services) and the pool was extremely packed so it was congested.
