"The toilet was broke and constantly running. The refrigerator sounded like it had an ice machine in it and kept us all night. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:40 am. We didnt answer, but they let themselves into the room. Completely unacceptable!! When I called the front desk to complain all they said was ok. Not even an apology."

They charge you park on the property which I think is deplorable. I can understand charging for leaving your car there but as a guest of the hotel??? Shame!"

"This is a basic, no-frills motel. Our room has no microwave, no fridge, no coffee pot, and no shampoo or conditioner. The floor is tile--no carpet. Even at 8 pm, the clerk was behind a barrier--seemed a bit excessive for suburban property.
However--the room was exceptionally clean, The TV connected to Dish network worked well. The shower was really great with easy access, good safety bar, and fine water pressure. The clerk was nice and pointed out where we could get food. Coffee was...

"I have stayed here several times, but the management has changed since my last stay 5 months ago. I received an email prior to this stay, but nothing described the change in the shuttle service.
Because they previously shared a regular shuttle with Embassy Suites, I waited for that vehicle, but was then told they now had a different bus and that I would have to call them for a pickup. I should have been made aware of this ahead of time.

"Breakfast was minimal continental. Room was moderately clean. The mini fridge was so loud-even with the TV on-that we had to unplug it. The walls much not have much soundproofing because after trying to sleep by 10, the next room kept us up until 2 am with their loud TV and arguing. "
