"The room was clean and spacious. The day staff, I believe her name was Misty, was wonderful. The night staff - I arrived around 11pm - was not present. I waited almost 15 minutes. He came back but acted as if nothing had happened; no apology for the wait, just checked me in. Breakfast was great, as this location partners with Denny's, so that was fun. Parking was acceptable."

"Access to the Oregon Garden. We were not happy that the gate between the resort and the garden was malfunctioning. The room was comfortable except that the air conditioner was too loud, so we did not get a good night sleep. At lunch, the staff was in a meeting and they were late and did not open the door until we notified the front desk."

"We loved our stay at this small "cabinesque" location. Despite the footsteps heard above, it was still a beautiful and relaxing stay. Very clean, roomy, and comfy. The view of the mountains was amazing!!! We hiked Silver Falls and loved coming back to this quiet, lovely, retreat. My favorite accommodation - the coffee area!! I am a coffee person and don't like having to hunt down coffee. The hosts have this amazing coffee area where they supply both ground and bean coffee. They have a Keurig and a pot. No searching for anything!! Yayyyyy! Thank you so much! Will definitely visit again!"
