"Staff was very friendly and you could tell some upgrades had been done in the main lobby area. The hallways to the rooms, the carpet looked live water waves that was coming loose. The room wasn’t the most clean but wasn’t horrible for a one night stay on a road trip. Very limited parking, majority of people had to park at a motel next door. Would stay here again but lots of other options close to this "

From approximately 9am until 6pm every day, there was drilling or scraping, tools dropped, drywall and other debris taken down the elevator all day long. "Absolutely unacceptable experience at WoodSpring Suites Clarksville. I called ahead days in advance and spoke with management (Whitney, Assistant General Manager) to inform them I would be arriving late. I was clearly told that late check-in would not be an issue and that staff would be available. I arrived shortly after 3:00 AM and was completely locked out of the building. I repeatedly used the after-hours phone (dialing 500 as instructed), but the line stayed busy and never connected....

"This is my preferred hotel when travelling to the Louisville area. You will not find a better hotel in this price range. Also it is just 5-10 minutes across the bridge to downtown Louisville. Clean, nice rooms, quiet and safe."

"This place is halfway house. Homeless and drug addicts are wandering in and out as they please. Place looks like it was built in the 1800s and hasn't been updated once. Also in a bad block of downtown. avoid at all costs. "

"Rooms are in the middle of a nightclub/bar. Loud music blares and people yelling till 3am. Zero parking anywhere near the hotel after 7pm. Rooms were decent but wouldn’t stay on the weekends unless you don’t mind extremely loud music/bass blaring till 3am and having to park blocks away."

"Very quiet room and the hotel seemed quiet too (no drama). The guy that checked me in was awesome and very helpful. Great location. My 1 tiny complaint is the office had a bad smell. Great place!"

"Upon entering, there was a noticeable foul smell. The tables were not clean, and we also found cigarette burn holes in the comforter. Because of that, we ended up going out to buy disinfecting wipes, air freshener, and even a blanket so we felt comfortable enough to sleep. We honestly turned it into a “make it work” kind of night and still had a good time together, but cleanliness and upkeep definitely need improvement. Wouldn’t choose this location again. "

"air conditioner was running, mini fridge was dirty, no microwave. the staff were very sweet and helpful and I have nothing bad to say about them. the motel itself was dirty and something about everything had a weird vibe. The door to our room was hard to get into (we weren’t the only ones this happened to), and when the door was fully shut there was cracks and you could see sunlight coming through. the people around were also very sketchy and it was overall the most scariest and worst stay ever...
