"I booked the room to have a weekend with my children. I specifically went there because they had a pool. When I made the reservation, nothing was said to me. When I went in to check in, there was a sign that the pool was closed for inspection. I brought it up to the lady and she was very short with me and made me feel uncomfortable. I did not feel like I could ask to switch hotels due to the awkwardness of the conversation."

"The room was run down and dreary looking. They must be trying to cover something up because the smell of deodorizer was overwhelming. We had to check out and find another place to stay. My allergies were going crazy in that room. The front desk guy was very nice and understanding about the situation."

"The hotel has it posted no pool parties and only 4 people per room but everytime we went to the pool there was close to 100 people in there and more people bringing kids and dropping them off for the “birthday party” . They had all kinds of floats and pool toys all over the place on top of that there was a few boys that kept screaming bloody murder non stop! The pool area was out of control the 3 times on Saturday (different times of the day) we went to try to use it. Also no pool towels...
