"No elevators should be made clear. For guests in their 70s, it is very difficult to carry luggage up and down stairs not to mention the safety hazard it creates. Staff was friendly but room had chipped paint everywhere and didn’t smell good."

"Would it be difficult to have some electrical outlets near the head of the bed? I can’t imagine I am the only person who charges my phone while I sleep but would like to be able to reach it without getting out of bed"

"Great little place. Room felt big and balcony had a great view of the city. Good proximity to the amphitheater. They warned me the keys were old school and deactivated easily. I tried to be careful but, sure enough, got back around 10:30 pm and the lobby was closed and we were locked out. They have a number to call and a security guy will come let you in."

"Arrived at 7pm and our room ( booked double queen bed)was not available or cleaned. There was one Front desk woman who was very stressed, answering calls and managing checkins, complaining rooms aren't clean, said we would have to wait an hour for a room. I asked for any room avail sooner as we were exhausted, and after 15 minutes she found a smaller room which had been cleaned for us. The room had been cleaned but not well, smelled horrible, of spray trying to cover up other odors. There was a bar but no service. No room service. Understaffed?"
