"My stay in Hyatt Place was wo comfortable that it felt like home. What made a huge difference was the mattresses that they have in their rooms. It was so comfortable that i was able to have a good night sleep in the first night of my stay which was VERY RARE. I loved the gym there and used it very often. The breakfast was good too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean."

"The room wasn’t cleaned well, there was an old contact lens on the floor of the bathroom, the bathroom shelves weren’t wiped down, there was grime on the wall near the garbage can and the headboard had something red splattered on it. I gave the front desk photos and they were very friendly and appreciative of the feedback, however because we booked through Expedia and had paid already they said there wasn’t much they could do.
