"Excellent service and very peaceful location, even though slightly steep last few 100 yards for the car. Nice view from the room and property in general. Staff and cook are very very polite. Rooms were clean and organized. Bathrooms were also clean, although slightly wet after they clean (hosts can perhaps look into this and ensure bathrooms are wiped after cleaning). This was only reason for for a 4-star rating on “rooms” (instead of 5-star rating)."

"I had booked this room for my father . When they reqched the hotel, the caretaker told him that no payment or booking had been received. After my dad showed the reciept and payment, the manager turned up about half an hour later . They told my father that a room wasn't available and asked my father for a 1000 Rs deposit for another room. My dad refused to pay any further sum, and informed them that if they did not arrange another room or refund the paid amount he would apporach the police . They...

"The housekeeping, restaurant and room services are pathetic. You call them multiple times they will not pick the phone. Their food is overpriced and not upto the mark. They take a lot of time in food preparation and also their free breakfast is same everyday. They will provide very basic south indian breakfast. The area around the resort is good but the resort is overpriced and the overall services are not good."

"This was the most horrible experience i have ever had. First the room i booked and paid for was not given. I was given a small room even though i paid for a big family room. The owner was so rude he said to cancel the booking when i complaint about the room sizes and refused to refund. This whole stay is a scam. The room was dirty and full of SPIDERS and Cockroaches. I would not wish this stay on my worst enemy. Avoid this place, camp in your car but not here"
