"There is no signage outside to show where you should park, and check-in is on the 3rd floor - but there is nothing to tell you. There are multiple doors - none of which have any signs stating you need to go up to the 3rd floor to check-in. Nobody told us we had to call and request housekeeping clean our rooms and, and nothing in the room to let us know. After finally learning, and calling they finally came about 4:00 PM.."

"My room was clean, but definitely in need of an update in decor. However, my grown son rented a room for one night at the same time, and he left early because his room was dirty (cigarette butts on the floor, three pieces of trash in corners, and the mattress seemed broken down and was definitely unacceptable. Staff in general were not friendly – the only one who was friendly and helpful was the woman at the desk in the evening. Breakfast was OK however, the coffee was a machine and was...

"the bathroom was terrible the toilet seat was loose , the shower drain was filthy and the tub was not very clean ,the shower curtain was dirty. I would have ask for a refund if i could have got my money back ."

"I got a room here because had a flight canceled. I thought I could work while waiting and catch up, but the wifi doesn’t work on a computer and when I told them they did nothing. The people don’t help, the breakfast is powdered eggs, the windows don’t open, would not recommend"

"We paid $16 for a supposedly buffet breakfast that included fake eggs, bisquits and gravy. No pancakes, waffles, fruit, yogurt, etc. Also the restaurant wasn't that great. No room service. Good was on but mostly salty. Wouldn't stay here again."
