My husband and I did a quick getaway. This Best Western was close near shopping. My room had two broken lamps, and the refrigerator was not cold at all. The room could use a overhaul. The tub had a brown circle in it.

Mold in the bathroom, stained linen, hair in linen, AC very loud, refrigerator not working. Hallway’s carpet was dirty. This facility needs a full renovation.

It need remodeling with up to date everything, especially the bathroom. The pictures online are definitely not what you’re paying for. The staff was excellent and it was very clean. Everything is just out of date.

Average, decent place. What I didn't like was that when we arrived in our room there was a sandwich and water from a previous occupant in the fridge and small bits of food particles on the floor. Cleaning staff must have been in too much of a hurry.

This hotel needs to be completely gutted and renovated. It looks like a place for night walkers and for illegal immigrants to hide out. The rooms are seriously outdated and the rug has smell. I didn't see any bugs, but it gave me the impression that something would bite me in my sleep. Luckily I was issued a full refund and was able to get a room at a hotel down the street.

Advertised there was access to the internet. There was none. We were told we needed a special device. Employee at desk seemed to care less about the problem. Carpeting throughout building was grossly dirty.

Stains on the sheets. Woke up by heavy knocking at 11:00 pm because the hotel cause rooms confused. Felt unsafe at times.

While there is a lot of staff around and they are all pleasant and helpful, the rooms are dirty, the phones are disgustingly filthy, and the internet is worse than dial up.

Waited 2 hours in the lobby for someone to check me in at their empty “24 hour” front desk. Ended up staying somewhere else. Property looks better in the pictures.

The property was nothing like the pictures presented online. The hotrl had a stinch and it was dsted. The towels were VERY dingy and the heat wssn't working properly... Smh

This hotel is okay. I thought this was a newer hotel building. Everything in the room was clean, but old. feels like a cheap motel . the coffee was not good. towels are clean but really old.

Front lobby staff more worried about playing with their cellphone then check-in and check-out. Roaches in room, halls smelled like smoke, nicotine runs on walls and television. The shower head was clogged and dirty, low water pressure, and slippery floor. Elevators were very dark(damaged lighting) making them feel cramped. Majority of tenants were traveling workers and floors were typically muddy.

Great service!
The service was amazing. We had an issue with a shower curtain rod that was broken . We went to the front desk Danielle immediately changed our room. My husband needs a fan to sleep went talk to Danielle she let him borrow her personal fan. Danielle was so awesome and accommodating. The hotel was clean breakfast was good with fresh coffee. No complaints.

The first room we were put in smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, especially in the bathroom. The carpet was dirty and dusty. There was food from a previous occupant between the bed and night stand. The pillow cases were visibly dirty. The fridge was not cold. When we complained, the front desk receptionist moved us and asked “did yall mess up the bed?” as if she was planning to put some other guest in that room. The next room we got was better but still had issues. Fridge was not cold and the shower head was disgusting. The sheets were stained. The other staff were friendly and were glad to help when we needed something.

Breakfast was terrible. Eggs floating in liquid. We checked in and walked in on someone elses room while they were in there. Receptionist at night didnt care. Overall not a great experience. Entire hotel smelled like weed at nights.

I arrived at 3pm there was trash outside the elevator that was left until 9am the next day,The kitchen lady talked so loud i took my breakfast to my room.And when I checked out,the desk clerk said she did'nt have time to print out my reciept because she was doing a house cleaning schedule...Totally Unprofessional

Quiet and comfy
My spouse and i went to our church State conference in Elizabeth City. From check in to check out, we were very pleased. The young man that checked us in was very accommodating and polite. No issues during our stay. Room had a tinge smell of smoke but what hotel doesn't lol. I keep room spray in my truck always. Breakfast was ok, they only served pork and we don't eat that nor beef, So the waffles were fine. The cook was very helpful and concerned about the food safety. Will definitely re-book this stay on a personal level.

When walking in there was people hanging out by the lobby and riding four wheelers in the parking lot. When getting on the elevator and off on our floor we were taking back by the smell of weed and with 3 young children asked to move rooms. Staff was nice and accommodating but rooms were tiny and outdated. Did not seem clean.

Property looked newer online. Had some issues with bugs in room. AC/heater extremely loud. Shower curtain ripped short water was leaking out on to floor. Non smoking room smelt like heavy smoker occupied before me. Elevator broke down last day there. Staff was awesome. Welcoming and supportive.

Rooms not clean, sinks stopped up and lets not even talk about how the entire hotel reeks of weed! I love that for my child to smell ( sarcastically spoken). We will never stay there again. The staff was nice, polite, and helpful when we needed extra towels, sheets for the pull out couch.

Check in was by a very unfriendly employee who’s only asked what my name was. No info regarding breakfast, checkout times, path to room. The hotel property hallways smelled like weed. The “secure” doors at the ends of the building were not locked. Adjacent to the building there where people walking in and out of the woods and even walking into and around on the 1st floor. The sofa couch’s mattress was unkept and not dressed, the employee stated they don’t dress the sofa beds. The shower fan was hanging from the ceiling by a thread and not attached. The carpet was clearly not vacuumed next to the walls when you walked into the room. The AC unit face was not attached and just leaning up against the AC unit. There are no privacy tags for the doors and an employee came banging on the door at 715am the next morning.
