"I came from the USA to Eldoret and booked my stay at Willow. The staff was very kind and respectful. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and my stay was very pleasant. I will definitely book here the next time I come to visit Eldoret. Thank you Willow for the great hospitality!

"It is suspected that the old manager is scamming them with the hotel.com app, they did it have my reservation or confirmation.
The hotel is run down with water infiltration on the wall. Lots of mosquitos all night and super hot ( I am Canadien).
Staff were very nice and accommodate me but don’t know the end of the situation with the confirmation or the old manager "
