"Enjoyable stay with disappointing experience. We stayed for 3 nights in March 2026. We enjoyed many aspects of our stay. In particular, the friendly staff, and delicious food at Ma Ruby’s. But, we had a very disappointing experience with our reservation and follow- up by the hotel manager. We made our reservation on Expedia in November, 2025. We paid for our room at that time. Upon arrival in March, we were shocked when told our reservation had not been noted. Our room was not available....

"Room had safe that didn’t work, broken screen door, and uncomfortable bed. Cleaning staff had to be reminded to come, and basically made the bed and replaced towels. Dishes in the sink left dirty and little bugs crawling on them. Overpriced room but it is a great location"
